Under the direction of a head of the Humanitarian Action Department, the International NGO "Global Strategy Leadership-Africa/Assistance" will mobilize researchers, humanitarians and volunteers in the peace and development initiative, retired to solicit aid , donations and organize assistance and protection for people in distress, vulnerable or victims of armed conflicts or situations of violence. This pool of researchers, humanitarians and volunteers at the peace and development initiative will have the mission of designing aid, donation, protection and assistance programs with national, regional and international partners and NGOs to relieve the sufferings and sorrows of people in distress or populations victims of armed conflicts and other situations of violence on the African continent. An operational strategy will be put in place to clearly define the objectives to be achieved, the means to be implemented and the resources needed to achieve them. The modus operandi will essentially consist of seminars, forums or workshops to raise awareness and share experience, the organization of cultural events, competition projects, calls for help, donations and volunteering through an effective communication strategy on the activities of the NGO... It will eventually make it possible to mobilize the financial, material and human resources necessary for the realization of the major activities of the international NGO "GSL-Africa".
