Under the direction of a head of the Training Department, the NGO “GSL-Africa/Education” will mobilize researchers and distinguished teachers, both active and retired, to train young people for the development of Africa. This pool of researchers and teachers will be responsible for designing programs for kindergarten, primary, secondary and university as well as training modules adapted to the evolution of African society and to the awareness of cultural issues and development challenges of the African continent. An operational strategy will be put in place to clearly define the objectives to be achieved, the means to be implemented and the resources needed to achieve them. The modus operandi will essentially consist of seminars, forums or awareness-raising and experience-sharing workshops. If for kindergarten, primary and secondary education, training programs should follow the provisions of the State, research in the university field should be oriented towards the evolution and modernization of African society, awareness of identity and cultural issues and meeting the development challenges of the African continent. The university training programs in the “GSL-Africa/Education” department are designed according to the License-Master-Doctorate (LMD) model in force in Africa.
